When you buy an item on our website, we ask for your full name, address, telephone number and payment information so we can process and track your order and payment. This information remains confidential and will not be used for any marketing purposes.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges within 7 days only. If your item is defective we will replace it with the same unit. You have 7 days from the day it is delivered to notify us and execute the exchange. Exchanges must be in like new condition complete with all packaging. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, the box, manuals and accessories.
Items returned as defective, but are found to be in good working condition will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. Defective cellular phones must and will be returned by us to the manufacturer.


EQUIPMENT COMPATIBILITY:
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THEIR PRODUCTS COMPATIBILITY WITH THE RESPECTIVE NETWORK/SERVICE PROVIDER AND PHONE MANUFACTURER. OOMOBILE, Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK DEPENDENT FEATURES OR ANY FIRMWARE RELATED ISSUES.


RETURN POLICY:

1. If paying through PAYPAL we will ONLY ship to the confirmed address
2. We only accept PAYPAL payments from U.S. accounts
3. Insurance is recommended on every order.
4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
5. We will NOT ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. We WILL ship to any physical address in the USA including; Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
7. All packages are shipped within 1-4 business days.


Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for shipping of exchanged merchandise.
